RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the product delivery. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment. You will need to return the shipment to our address.

Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Gift cards are not refundable to bank account.

COD charges are non-refundable

100 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please raise a request at customercare@buckbarrel.com, with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects. Once the return is approved your order will be picked up within 4 -5 working days.
The team will work on the refund after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it
CANCELLATIONS

Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our return policy.

Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return & refund will be issued as per return policy.

You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page or by contacting customer support.

For pre-orders, cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours after ordering. Beyond that, we won’t be able to process cancellation requests.



EXCHANGES

Buck & Barrel acknowledges exchange of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Buck & Barrel will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to customer care@buckbarrel.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end.

In case of return, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder within the exchange period of 1 month. You may also opt for credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with validity of 2 months.
